Ticket Exchange and Refunds
We regret that single tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Subscribers to the Song Company can exchange their tickets to another Song Company subscription concert of their choice.
Subscribers can exchange their tickets by posting them with a short note specifying the concert for which the ticket should be exchanged to: The Song Company – Ticket Exchange, Pier 5, Hickson Road, Walsh Bay, NSW 2000.
We regret that there are no refunds except as in the Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice.
Concessions
Full-time students, Australian Social Security card holders, Veterans’ Affairs pensioners and Health Care card holders are eligible for concession package prices. Seniors Card holders are not eligible for concession prices.
Ticket holders
Tickets holders are subject to the requirements of the venue at which the activity is presented.
The right of admission is reserved.
The right is reserved to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists and seating arrangements.
Cameras, mobile phones and other recording devices are prohibited in the venue’s auditorium.
The Song Company reserves the right to record, broadcast and simulcast any performances.
Performances may be unsuitable for children under eight years of age. All patrons (including babies and children) must hold a valid ticket.
Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the venue’s auditorium unless there is a suitable break in the performances.
Patrons who disrupt a performance may be ejected from the venue.
All prices include GST payable in Australia. Overseas customers may be liable for additional tax or import duty payments.
Subscription Tickets for Performances at City Recital Hall, Angel Place
Subscription tickets purchased through the Song Company to performances at City Recital Hall, Angel Place will have their details passed on to City Recital Hall, Angel Place for processing of their tickets. City Recital Hall, Angel Place terms and conditions apply.
Merchandise Exchange and Refunds
Except in the case of damaged or faulty goods, The Song Company will not exchange CDs or other merchandise. Except in the case of damaged or faulty goods, The Song Company do not offer refunds.
Delivery
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery or merchandise or tickets. Tickets purchased 7 days before a concert can be held for collection at the door.
Security
The Song Company’s payment system transmits your credit card details directly to its server via industry standard SSL encryption. This means that your data is only visible to our authorised order processing personnel. Your data is encrypted so any unauthorised third party intercepting your data will not be able to make sense of it.
Your browser and internet connection will need to support SSL encryption and Javascript to utilise our online payment system. Your browser is able to transmit encrypted data if a padlock icon appears on the bottom status bar of your browser window when you enter the purchasing area of our website, or if the beginning of the web page URL “https://”.

Limitation on Liability
In no event will The Song Company and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the services provided by the company through this website, however arising, including damages and irrespective of any notice provided to the company.
Any liability that The Song Company and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees may have to you under any circumstances will be limited to the greater of (a) the total amount expended by you with us during the transaction giving rise to the claim; or (b) $100. If you are a resident of a state that does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, then the foregoing provision will not apply to you.
