The Song Company is joining with Ars Musica Australis to present an exciting new collection of Aboriginal art works for sale from the Central Desert of the Northern Territory.
The works range in size and are priced from as little as $30 through to $20,000.
Many of the works would make a great addition to an existing collection or a firm foundation for those just starting out.
The artworks are sourced directly from community-based art centres and artists representatives in Central Australia; specifically in Papunya Tula, Yuendumu and Utopia. Artists represented include Minnie Pwerle, Gloria Petyarre and Barbara Weir.
Proceeds from the sale will be shared equally between the artists, the Song Company and Ars Musica.
This is a great opportunity to buy original works at an excellent price and to support the Song Company as well.
Date: Thursday 29th April
Time: 11am – 8pm
Venue: Level 10, 1 Macquarie Street, Sydney (the old Bridge Bar)
To enter use the lift at the top of the stairs on the right hand side of the Dendy Cinemas.
