- Cassoulet of Duck, Ham Hock & Toulouse Sausage
- Soupe de Poisson
- Grilled Spiced Chicken Legs
- Freshly Shucked Oysters
- Grilled Prawn Skewers
- Crème Caramel
- Fettuccine with Provencal vegetables – vegetarian
…. and a glass of wine of your choice. All for $40 a head.
Supper will be served after 9pm and the close of the Sound & Silence performance at the Conservatorium of Music. Please ensure your supper ticket is pre-paid and make your way down to Number One Wine Bar, 1 Alfred St, Circular Quay for this private event.
